The hotel was located in a marvellous place, walk from a train station. Btw, it was just 5 min walk to downtown. In overall the room was comfy and with a good view. The price was £ 37.
The staff we met were awful.

The location was mind-blowing, with a jaw-dropping view and countless cafes, bars, and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The 24-hour reception was super convenient for our late arrival and the staff provided us with a free breakfast coupon at a local cafe, allowing us to experience the local culture. The large and clean room had all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, soap, shampoo/gel, a hairdryer. The hotel also had parking spaces and allowed us to leave our car for a few hours after check-out. With Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, pet-friendly policy, and air conditioning available.

The hotel had a charming and traditional decor that reminded me of a bygone era. The vintage furniture and artwork created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate. The hotel's accessibility was impressive, with ramps and handrails in place, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay for older guests.
It would have been even better if there were more activities or organized events specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been delightful to have the opportunity to socialize and engage with other seniors during my vacation.

The value for the money was great, with a comfortable bed and a good-sized room with an amazing view of Rome in the distance. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the town center, allowing us to easily explore both Rome and Frascati. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and their adorable pet dog made us feel right at home.
Menu for breakfast could be improved with a better variety of options.
